Who we are

My name is Michael Zebrowski and I am originally from Forked River NJ.  It’s a small town near Atlantic City. We recently re-located to (our “happy place”) Myrtle Beach full time.   I have over 25 years’ experience as a Facilities, Building and Property Manager in the Hotel/ Casino/ Resort / Restaurant and Theme Park industries.  I was the person who was called whenever a slip-fall accident occurred to investigate the cause and correct the hazard.  I was and am the person the Risk Management department or Insurance Company would call when a claim was filed to see what happened and what action was taken to resolve or eliminate the problem and to provide a hazard analysis.  I am now branching out to bring you, your operation, or home  some answers and protection  to potential Slip and Fall problems.  TRACTION CONTROL uses state of the art chemical products that are environmentally safe to make your hard surface flooring (stone, ceramic, concrete, porcelain, quarry tile, marble, etc.), bath tubs, shower floors, pool areas anywhere someone can slip, safe and virtually slip resistant.
